To distribute our products, it is essential to have a distribution contract in force with one of our partner firms.
We have agreements with the majority of General Agents (MGAs).
Please check with your MGA to find out how to get a contract, either through APEXA or in PDF format. If necessary, download, complete and sign the distribution contract below and forward it to your MGA.
As soon as the distribution contract is accepted by Humania Assurance, an email with the instructions on how to activate your profile will be sent to your MGA. This communication will enable you to create and activate your online profile in order to access our online sales platforms.
