On March 20, the 87 finalists were announced for the 39th edition of the Mercuriades, including Humania Assurance in the “Stratégie d’affaires à succès Ordre des CPA du Québec” (Quebec CPA Order Successful Business Strategy) category. Recognized for its technological advancement and green approach, Humania is proud to be a contender in Quebec’s most prestigious business competition.
The company’s digital positioning
For several years now, Humania has been revolutionizing the industry with its successful digital products. The launch of HuGO enabled Humania to stand out by becoming the first Canadian insurance company to use artificial intelligence to facilitate and streamline the entire underwriting process. With HuGO, a fully digital product, what used to take several weeks now takes just a few minutes. Process automation is part of a mechanism that now makes it possible for Humania to explore new technologies and offer innovative products and solutions that focus on the client experience, as is demonstrated by Flighinsure.ca and 5575.ca, both recently launched on the market.
The Mercuriades
“With the Mercuriades competition, we are proud to help the public discover or rediscover local businesses that stand out in their fields,” explained Stéphane Forget, President and CEO of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ). “These awards are evidence that Quebec benefits from a diversity of SMEs and large companies that are outstanding for their expertise, ambition and leadership, as well as being inspiring models for up-and-coming entrepreneurs.” For contest details, visit the FCCQ website.
