I am once again very pleased and proud of the recognition we have received for our work environment and employee experience.
Despite the challenges that the year 2020 has brought us, Humania has succeeded in establishing itself as an employer of choice. It is incredible to see everyone in our company supporting each other so admirably at a time when we need them the most. We have taken a structured approach to implementing our global wellness strategy for all our employees in these unique times.
The speed with which Humania adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic is impressive. Our priority was to foster a harmonious work-life balance and increase the frequency of virtual events in order to preserve the precious sense of proximity and community among all our people.
