Humania recognizes the importance of promoting health and wellness in the workplace. The company is therefore enhancing its Employee and Manager Assistance Program (EAP) to better support work teams on a day-to-day basis. Our commitment to employee health and well-being is a key priority.
PreZen+ | My Health Ally, our new EAP, is available to employees covered by the Long-Term Disability benefit offered in Humania’s Group Insurance plans.
The following services, which promote a better work-life balance, are available to employees:
- Psychosocial counselling services: Counselling is available, without employer referral, to help employees resolve work, family, personal or addiction issues. Services are available for the clinically appropriate number of hours required for a short-term therapy approach.
- Work-life balance services: Access to consultations for practical advice on legal, financial, elder care and child-care issues.
- Management consultations: Service provided to managers to assist them in solving problems related to the management of their teams.
- A web-based platform that offers a range of tools to address the well-being of employees and their families and encourages them to adopt healthy lifestyles in relation to the following four pillars:
- Physical health;
- Mental health;
- Social health;
- Financial health.
